Method of delivery:

Own lorry or partner merchant lorry for heavy building items, like bricks, blocks, plywoods etc.

DPD pin protected or Parcel Force secured delivery for items like boilers, air condition units etc.

We offer kerbside delivery. For larger items, including pallet deliveries- goods will be unloaded at the nearest reasonable access point o the kerb outside property. This is due to insurance and safely regulations that prevent lorries from entering private land.

You must inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as red routes or narrow roads. Failure to do so may result in the haulier sending too large vehicle, including articulated lorries .

Customer must also ensure that there is sufficient workers and equipment ( such as forklift if necessary) available to help offload and move good from the kerb into property, building site. Some large or heavy items - sheet materials, blocks etc- may require at least two people.
